How can I add Sales Person Contact Info in Quote Form Report

Sorry just checked our quote form and I had copied the Quote Data Def and added to it.

What I did was:
1. Copy QuotForm definition to a new one
2. Add the table SalesRep and include all the fields you want
3. Create a Report Relationship for QSalesRP to SalesRep
Releation: QuoteSalesRep to SalesRep Tbl
Description: Retrieve Sales Office Phone Number
Parent Table: QSalesRP
Key: SalesRepCode
Child Table: SalesRep
Relation Type: True
Fields: Company to Company and SalesRepCode to SalesRepCode

Then go to Report Styles and point the report to the new Data Definition.

Update your report data and add the fields.

Hi,

We are in the process of customizing Quote form report and one of the thing we have to add is to add primary Sales Person's contact info.
In the report the Sales Person information is added as the subreport and I can't seem to find the way to add contact info from the WorkForce entry form into the subreport. I looked into report data definition file but could not seem to find the Sales Rep information info.

Please assist.

If you are working with or copying the Quote Form Report Data there is a table called QSalesRP that has the sales rep info. That's the one we are using.
