One of our users all of a sudden is receiving this message. As far as I know nothing in our permissions has changed. Does that mean it could be a network error? Other people are able to attach things
Doesn’t show anything but the file name, I’d bet the path is not complete.

Since it says ‘File System path…’ that means there is an issue with this users access to the file system path… not Epicor.
So if the File System is Windows, for example, then they apparently do not have security access to the file or at some point in the path to the file. This would be a Windows File Security issue.
In these cases Epicor is just providing the link to the file and even if it moves the file to it’s ‘store’ that location needs to have proper Windows File access for the user.
Also consider if this user should even have access to this file… perhaps not?
