How do we add a new contact automatically

we do not have CRM. for to mention we are on Vista 8.0

We need to add a contact name, "accounts payable", as the primary
billing contact for ALL our customers. Is there a way, other than doing
it one at a time, to implememt this? An acceptable alternative would be
a button on the order entry form which would automatically add the
contact for that customer.

If you have CRM



Vantage --> Sales Mgmt --> CRM --> General Operations --> Customer /
Contact Import



The format of the CSV is in help. The format must be exact and all
logical fields must be 0 or 1(Usually 0)



Get one contact to load before doing the rest. It does not work if
something is wrong with the format or data.

It does not tell you what the problem is or which is the problem record.



It does work very nicely once you get past the format and data issues.
