How many controlled segments can I have in my COA (Kinetic 2024.1)

You can have up to 20 segments per COA.

Not at my computer right now, but I believe it is only 3 if I am understanding your question correctly. Chart, Department, and Division.

1-20 controlled segments. Go to the table and display field level help click the ? on the field and it shows 1-20 segments.
