How many W2 copies do you print?

Joe:
The W2 print routine asks how many copies you want. They'll all be single
8 1/2 x 11 sheets of paper. That's why I export my W2's prw2dtl.dbf file.
Then I wrote a VFP report to print 8 copies, 4-part x 2-wide. Works great
for me.

Joe,

I did not purchase my w-2's from epicor but how many copies you need is
usually determined by your state. PA is eight part. I purchased mine
from our local office supplie store. I only paid $9.00 per 50 employees
which is alot cheaper than epicor.

I hope this helps.

We received 6 part W2's but normally print 7 part.
Three for us, one for city, one for state, one for our records.

Four for the employee. One for their records,
one for federal, one for state, one for city.

Epicor didn't ask how many copies we needed when the
payroll person ordered the forms. I assume you
don't have a choice?
