How Often Reports Are Used

Hello!

I am trying to figure out what reports are being used and how often.

I have a BAQ with ReportStyle and Report, but that doesn’t give me usage count.

I think I need to tie it to something like SysTask but I am having trouble making them all join.

Any tips or help is appreciated, thank you.

Oh no! That would have been perfect. I am on 2022.1 however.

In your SSRS database, ReportServer. Look at the view called ExecutionLog2. That will grab roughly the last 60 days of SSRS reports run. The service account for Epicor will be your user for everything, but this will show you how they are being rendered. Like csv, pdf, etc. The time is in ms.

Does it show Crystal reports as well? I should have clarified at the beginning, my apologies.
