How to change approved maintenance request to a closed state

Hello all,

I have just noticed that we have approved MaintReq records where there is a jobnum but that jobnum is non-existent in the JobHead table. As if someone has deleted the job instead of closing it.

I am unable to have the option to close the request. Like it is in an altered state…

Can anyone enlight me on how I could make those MaintReq records closed?

Like Epicor way… :wink: (as I tought I could probably have the flag set in SSRS but it is not a “approved” way of doing things…)
