I have a case where the task was manually assigned to the wrong employee. (which works in production , and has no access to Epicor ! I do not know why this is possible…)
I want to change the assigned employee but it is all greyed out. How can I change it to a valid user…?
make someone an authorized user to that “assigned to” user and it should allow you to change it. I just tried this on a task that was grayed out for me. right click on the wrong user, go to workforce entry, and then under authorized users i added my username. save and refresh the task and it un-grayed itself.
