How to copy UD Menu items to Pilot

We would like to create a solution to copy all of our UD menu items from Live to Pilot.
I do not see a place in the Solution workbench to filter by “Module” i.e. “UD”

OR is there some other way of copying menu items - i.e. BAQ or other?

I do it via DMT
