I’m working on modifying an open RMA BAQ / dashboard. I’d like to add the age for each RMA, but I’m not sure how to determine this. Some customers request and RMA and don’t return materials for months at a time so I’d like the age to be the timeframe since we received the returned materials(I’m guessing there is a parttran, but I’ve already learned touching partran on BAQs creates really slow BAQs so would prefer not to do this). Can anyone point me in the right direction?
Upon RMA receipt, it goes into Inspection Processing. You can go there to see the table and fields. Once disposed, you’ll have your measurement.
