How to DMT Project Workflow Groups

We have loaded about 100 projects into Epicor and have realized we don’t have the time and expense workflows set for them. I am trying to DMT them in with a template using Company, ProjectID, Description, TimeApprovalsMethod, TimeWFGroupID, ExpenseApprovalsMethod, and ExpenseWFGroupID. I have put in P for both approval methods and the codes I have created for the group IDs, but every record tells me there is an Invalid WorkflowGroup Value.

Am I missing a column to specify that these are Time and Expense groups? Is the Project DMT te right one or is the another one I need to use? I wish it would at least tell me which one is invalid.

Hi Jeanne, we’ve always used the approval workflow set in the Employee table. We use supervisor workflow approval, so it is a little different, but I would imagine you’d set the project approval there too.
