I was just working with my AR group and we created an invoice. When we tried to right click on the order num to open with order tracker I got the error that permission not allowed. The user has access to Order Tracker. Is there a way to find out what menu path a right click is trying to open?

The right click stuff is in the Context Menu Maintenance (under System Setup/System Maintenance) but it may be a bit of hunting and pecking to find what you are looking for.

Is it multi-site? Because you can’t open some items across sites. You need to be in the site to see it

@Kimberley If you turn on developer mode in classic you will get a popup with the menu that is being used.
