How to find Bank Account Address

If you can find out where the address is stored, you can create your own subreport and save it in the Epicor reports folder. You can make your own query at that point. When you add the subreport to your main report, pass the account number parameter which should be your key in the subreport query.

Thanks,

Steve

Mr. Steve: The address fields on the bank form are not listed in the Data Dictionary OR listed in the DataDef - unless you know of some other way.

I see the bank address fields and see (using field help) where they are pointing.  I just cant get to those fields.

We are running V10 and would like to include our bank address on our AP checks.

I see on the bank account form there is an address tab.  The address fields look like they are pointing to BankAcct.Address1, BankAcct.Address2, BankAcct.City, etc.

However if I go in to the Data Dictionary I do not see those fields for the BankAcct table.

Also, if I go into the Datadef for the APChecks there is a BankAcctID lookup and I don't see any addresses there either.

Am I missing something?  How do I use a Bank Address on my AP checks.

Thanks,

I edited the SSRS check manually and added the address and logo on the check.

Thanks,

Steve

Thanks Steve.

Actually I started doing that - but now we have multiple companies with multiple bank accounts.  I'd like to have just One AP Check style.

Maybe make the address area a sub report and query for the address by passing the account number? There is the address field in the bank account area, as long as it is filled out.

Thanks,

Steve

I read on this site that if you view the Field Help -> Technical details and "external" is checked it means the field data is stored is somewhere else, usually in the PatchFld table (temp table Epicor uses until a patch moves those fields).  I am on 9.05 so not sure if this is still true on 10... you could query the patchfld table to find out (tablename = "BankAcct" ...  Field = "Address1")
