How to input a digital copy of someone's signature in epicor?

Good afternoon everyone in epicor world
I am trying to located where in epicor 10 do i put a pdf copy of someone’s signature in . when epicor prints out our packing slip and C of C’s it will put the person’s digital signature on the coby that prints out. we had a IT that knew how to do it for us but he no longer works for us… Can some one giving me a hand.???

SSRS is the answer

Yes, if you open up the SSRS reports for packing slip and C of C, it will show you the location where the report is getting the digital signature. Would be linked to the employee ID of who is printing the document.
