I am referring to the document from Epicor entitled: TechRefGuide_PerformanceTuningVirtual_905602.pdf
This guide outlines seperate "AppServer" boxes that are all load balanced. I am familiar with the seperate AppServers in the PET for departments etc. but this layout seems to make sense to me. If you can e-mail me offline, I can send you the document if you cannot find it. Send me a message to forums@... and I will reply back with the document. Worthwhile reading.
