I just ran these this morning. You'll need to know the UserID for the Employee you need to 'bump' and the CompanyID. Run 8920 and enter the data and you'll see active jobs for that employee. Change the 'yes' to 'no'. Do the same thing on 8930.

I am new to administering Vantage (8.03) and I have someone who has clocked into two jobs and now they cannot "clock out" of either one. What is the process for "kicking them out" of being "clocked in". Thanks in advance!

You can look at Conversion Programs - 8920 and 8930.
Epicor Admin Tools - Run Conversion Program

I remember it not being all that intuitive the first time I had to use it.
Maybe you have a test system you can run it on first?
