How to make a field Mandatory on Duote Line Tab

Hi,
IÂ am looking some help on how to make a Field ( QuoteDtl.SalCatID) Mandatory on Quote Line Tab.
I know it can be done through BMP, But dont know how to do that, If someone have any idea, please share with me.
