How to Pull data from ONE purchase order, NOT 9,000 of them in C

It sounds to me like you made the parameter but did not put it in the select expert.

Right now it pulls from EVERY SINGLE purchase order in the system, so I end up with 9,000 pages of labels. Ideally, I want 1 label for the PO Number I'm working on. Why does Crystal Reports still pull from the entire database even when I prompt it to pull from ONE purchase order? How do I ONLY get information from that purchase order I'm prompting Crystal prior to it opening the report?

Have you tried using a BAQ Report instead of a Straight to SQL Report?

Can you go into a bit more details on what you built? Did you build a BAQ based report that uses Crystal? Or is this just a crystal report that goes directly to the database? Or?

If a BAQ report you can put filters on the report so that it only pulls the related PO.

Have you tried using the Shipping label that comes with the system and
customizing for your requirements?

You can start from scratch and modify the RDD to print anything custom
fields you need.
