How to set Kinetic browser BAQ report default output

How can I set the default output to CSV for a BAQ report. Can it be done?

Here is one of mine. Seems like you only have remove defaults for some reason which is really strange.

I found that the standard app layer that the baq report builds comes with a data rule to disable. not sure why.

Normally I add an Event and trigger it after an Initialize or similar type Event
