We bought a separate package called People Trak for our HR. I was a little
skeptical at first, thinking the integration wouldn't be very smooth, but it
works really well. We also use Vantage's payroll and didn't want to have to
re-enter all of the employee master file into a separate system. It is
set-up so I do an export out of Vantage to a file and upload it into People
Trak - very quick and easy. Our HR Mgr did alot of research on packages and
others looked great, but the price was alot higher. She's very pleased with
the tracking it does and the reports she can generate from it. Their
