Hi Scott and Bruce,
Now that Bruce mentioned the 64 bit possibility. ..I recall when we first
setup Service Connect on a 64 bit server, we had this
issue...Instruction s provided after the fact, so I have NOT TESTED
these. And of course, you may not need step 3 or you may have different
services to reinstall... Since this is a test environment, you may want
to try these...
Karen
1) Navigate to c:\inetpub\adminscr ipts (cmd prompt)
cscript.exe adsutil.vbs set W3SVC/AppPools/ Enable32BitAppOn Win64 "true"
2) Navigate to C:\WINDOWS\microsof t.net\Framework\ v2.0.50727> (cmd
prompt)
aspnet_regiis. exe -i
3) C:\Epicor\mfgsys803 \WebServices\ WS-Configuration (.Net 2.0 Edition)
Reinstall all services, update site
4) Computer, manage, (IIS) Enable web service extension ASPNET (32-bit).
(click allow button)
5) start > run > iisreset

I worked with a company that had this issue and it had to do with their
server which was a 64 bit and there was a setting that had to be
changed.
I'm sorry, I don't know all of the details, but if this is what you are
running I could check the details of the solution for you.

Subject: [Vantage] IIS 6.0 and Epicor 9 embedded education courses
I have installed and licensed the embedded education courses in our
Epicor 9
test environment. Unfortunately, whenever I attempt to launch a licensed
course, I receive "The page cannot be found" error message, even though
it
appears that IIS and the EpicorEducation virtual directory are set up
correctly. I have already contacted Support and have made several
attempts
to determine the exact cause of the error and correct the problem, all
without success. Has anyone else encountered this issue and, if so, were
you able to resolve it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Regards,
Scott
