Are you talking about changing your costing system from one to another
or simply just turning on the g/l interface?

After 3 years of shipping in Vantage and 1 year of building product
in Vantage, we are preparing to implement standard costing. We've
already done a bunch of testing in our training company but there
are still a couple of questions that need to be answered before we
do anything in the live company. These days Vantage support for
6.10.530 is spotty at best...

1. What happens to the tens of thousands of inventory transactions
generated in prior periods when we turn the GL interface on?

2. Any particular advice about WHEN to turn the GL interface on?

3. How do you deal with tooling that is issued to the job but not
consumed?

4. Are there any "landmines" lurking in this process?

Any advice from those who are further along and/or have completed
this implementation would be greatly appreciated.
