I want to change the format of our current MES logins from first, middle, last initial to a unique numeric value (the employee ID in our benefit system).
Has any changed the MES logins currently being used to something else? If so, what issues have you faced when doing so?
I would bet your only options is to create all the employees as new records and inactive the old ones. You can’t get rid of them if they are on a labor detail. Can’t think of any issues unless you are using epicor for payroll.
You may need to think about historical data, add a ud field to the new Empbasic to show the old one, so any reporting can be done
