Yes, under System Management -> Business Process Management -> there is an application called Directive Export and Directive Import. Once you have an Exported BPM, you go into Directive Import and you select the file name and choose a group to import too, or replace the group if you want. Its pretty straight forward. I recommend maybe having an export group and import group to not accidently overwrite any groups you might alrready have.
