We have a customization in our Pilot system that we wish to move to Production. I exported the customization from the Pilot, but cannot find an option to import into the Production system. I’m sure this is fairly straightforward, but I haven’t found any instructions (I looked at the ‘Embedded Customizations’ course).
There should be an option under the Actions menu in Customization Maintenance, or when you open the form in developer mode, the menu it opens to select which customization you want to open has an option to import the XML file.

Actions - import. when I import I always check all companies.
Actions - Verify
Check to see if it passed or has warnings.
if warnings make sure they are just location of fields and labels.
If it has warnings and they are just locations then Actions - Force Validation.
you can also make a solution in Pilot and install that solution in Production.
