Import posting rules for multiple books and set the Use Mapping

We are upgrading from V9 to V10.
We have two books MainBook and USGAAP

When I do the Import posting rules I set the Manual selection for both Books and I add the posting rules.

However, the “Use Mapping” setttings are not being set.

Am I doing the Import incorrectly?

The Revision E - was me experimenting. I created a new version and copied the D-Blocked because that one had the mapping working.

I was able to set the Mapping on my Revision E - however - how can i do that for ALL the posting rules (without doing them one at a time?
