We are getting close to going live on Kinetic in the cloud. I am trying to export our system agent tasks from Pilot to Live and it doesn’t really work. I was able to copy the Schedules from Pilot and then paste them into Live but they don’t carry all of the settings (like the days, etc). Also the new Schedule ID’s are different. But it does not let you copy and paste the tasks. Is there any way to export and import all this stuff?
