In Testing/Impementation Stage Can't Create Quote

Hi All, We are new to Epicor and going through EtE testing and getting an error when trying to create a quote, says we need a default Sales Currency Rate Group, I go to System Setup-->Company/Site Maintenance-->Company Config Modules--> Currency, then under Default Rate Types, it is blank, I try to right click and open with Rate Group Entry and get an error Menu ID CMMT1020 is not valid for the current user. I am logged in as Manager. I cannot find where you have to add this default currency rate type,,can anyone help us out?

There is a Conversion routine in Conversion Workbench (#1050 I think) that will set the default rate types to “Conversion” .   A onetime process.  Support should have instructions.
