Hi,  We have been using several indirect codes for reporting items like PTO (personal time off).  We do not use Epicor payroll.  We now have another system we are using to capture all non-working time.  The request came through to remove the indirect codes we are not longer using from the list.  I do not see where the functionality is built into the indirect codes to inactivate them or disable them in any way.  Has anyone else had a similar issue and what was your solution.

Laura – one option could be to change the name to start with a few Z’s (PTO becomes ZZZ-PTO). That would put the old codes down at the bottom of the list. Not very high tech, but I’ve used that successfully for other types of codes.
