Hi,

Yes, in the email, right click in the body...Choose to insert simple
link (there is also complex link, but I have not tried that yet)

Subject: [Vantage] Include Data in body of Email from SC

Is there a way i can include a field or two from a schema in the body of
an email from a poster in service connect. Or is the only option to
attach the XML?

You sure can. What I do is put a conversion before my poster. In that conversion, I use my user schema as my output. I have my schema as a process variable, then I map the container back to my schema. When you setup the poster, you use your user schema. Then when you edit your email template, you just drag and drop fields into the email body, subject, to field, wherever. If you wanna contact me off list, I can send screenshots with circles and arrows explaining what each one is. hehe
