Hello,

When accepting an incoming PO to convert into SO we get this error ?

In this screen, you should see what the issue is (it usually will say something like Invalid Ship To, or some other issue).

Sometimes it does not. If not, you need to review EACH tab of the PO (header, lines and releases). Stay in each tab for a few seconds (if you move through too fast Epicor doesn’t recognize that you were there). Even if you make no changes, this will allow you to accept the PO to generate the SO.

Check all tables here for any that have “invalid data”. This will at least narrow you down.
