Did you create a work center for each vendor? When back scheduling or
forward scheduling it will look at the WC Queue time, Days out, then Move
Time. Don't for get to check the work center as SUBCONTRACT under "Resource
Type" in the WC Master file.

Schedulin g Model
Vantage Users,
My first question is how do you incorporate outside vendor lead times into
the scheduling model? I noticed that if you double click on the particular
operation, there is a Days Out block for which you can key vendor lead times
into; however, the scheduling board is not reflective of the data. How can I
make this happen?
Anybody, Somebody, Help!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks,
