I use to use it when I was at MOCON. They used it heavily with the CRM.
They have about 60,000 contacts in the CRM. Used it to log all the outlook emails into Epicor 9.
It had some problems. Like Info Worker only tracks outbound emails. So you always need to reply to the customers email to get it stored in Epicor.
Also if they just kept replying to the same email the body of the text would get so long Epicor wouldn't accept it. Then you had to set on the client machin e and find the offending email. Not the easiest task. Then truncate the text and resync.
