We have been testing entry of Epicor CRM calls using Information Worker from Outlook. This has been working well, but I've also now come to look at whether it is possible to actually mark a quote as won or lost from Outlook.
It looks like this should be possible by using the Task import option, but at the moment I'm getting a 'Load data data failed for Tasks' error when I try to import tasks by quote number, or no results at all if I search by date. There is also an error in the app server log at this point stating that the BAQ used in the import (zIWTasks) has failed to execute.
Has anyone run into this problem or managed to resolve it?
