They have a 7z file with 4 .chm help docs that have alot of info on IW, Setup and Error Codes

> The log file configuration information is stored in the Epicor.InfoWorker.Outlook.dll.config, Epicor.InfoWorker.Word.dll.config and Epicor.InfoWorker.Excel.dll.config files located in the Information Worker Outlook Client program directory (default path is C:\Program Files\Common Files\Epicor Software Corporation\Information Worker\version#). For a client that is having issues, use a text editor such as Notepad to open the config files and set the various property values to 4 to receive the most verbose logging. The default location for the InfoWorker.log file is in the root of the client folder. You can change the file location by changing the initializeData=“InfoWorker.log” setting to another path. This way you can debug and diagnose sync issues.
