Darn, sorry to hear that. Glad that you are able to join though!
Me too! Now, just need to figure out how to sneak away from my boss (the CFO) for a while here and there. I donāt need him cramping my style ![]()
Gaylord Opryland is a big place. You can loose them ![]()
I was looking forward to making an appearance this year after having not the last two times Iāve been to Insights ('23 & '24), but alas management this year saidā¦

Totally depends on what you think is entertaining. Iām not a gambler so Vegas is so-so for me. However, Iām a people watcher so Vegas is 100% for me. Nashville is quieter, unless you jump in an Uber and go Karaoke-ing. IYKYK
Or you like country music. Or Shopping.
Something for everyone - but really, you never need to leave the hotel if you donāt want to.
Call them, they may be able to open rooms unless itās totally booked out and then they usually do a wait list.
As @MikeGross says itās up what youāre looking for. Personally I like Nashville more for socializing than Vegas. However the Opryland is farther outside downtown Nashville than being on the strip like in Vegas. As a group we usually group up and Uber/Lyft/etc to downtown and have a blast.
They are both great in their own unique way. At least at Nashville you donāt go home feeling like lost your shirt, even if you didnāt play the slotsā¦
The best thing is catching up with everyoneā¦
I called them last night and this morning (figured two different people may give me two different answers)ā¦and unfortunately, they appear to be completely booked for that block of rooms.
Did you email the Insights team? They added more rooms to the block two or three times now.
We booked our Vrbo. We will see you all at Insights. Ready to push Prism to heights it never has seen before. I wonder if I can build all the dashboards I need with Prism and export the .baq and mail it to myself hmmm.
~3 years ago it wasnāt smoke and mirrors. Imagine what it can do today!

How does one go about emailing the Insights team? I am not seeing any Contact Info that is for Insights directly.
No go - Holly Smith @ Epicor got back to me saying that the Gaylord Opryland is sold out, but did give me info for their sister property across the street. The pricing there is more than the place down the road (a 2 or 3 minute drive, give/take) so I am just gonna keep our reservations at that place.
I was looking at the Holiday Inn Express across the street a few months ago and it wasnāt bad per night and walkable (mile-ish) to Opryland then all the walking to and withing the conference center.
Can you part at Opryland for free? I heard there was a costā¦
Parking at the mall is free. Parking hack. There is a free mall lot behind the Gaylord. You can park there and use the service sidewalk to get into the backdoor. Maybe a 5 minute walk and itās free.
Donāt go in the front. When you get to the drive slide to the right and there are stairs.
