Oh my, it has been years but, our shipping manager retired. I have forgotten how to add a user to Insite. It would be very much appreciated if someone could let me know how to do this.
Assuming the Epicor user is setup you can typically just log into Insite with that user’s Epicor credentials. For most standard setups this will create the user in Insites. You can then login to Insite with a system administrator account and finish the user setup by assigning what functions they can access.
