Yes, Dave's been very helpful. The problem has been that the documentation that shows which billing types actually get invoiced and which do not is not real clear but with some further testing I've figured it out. The other thing Dave helped me with is that if you want to convert from World SHip on UPS to Insite you need to certify with UPS (or FedEx) before they will make the link from Insite. Insite is also available to help you with that certification. Good things to know when you are looking to implement their solution

Mark, we use the InSite FedEx module and we have a code setup to do just that.
I'm sure you pay Support fees and Insite is included in that. You may get a faster answer by calling or emailing them.

If I set up a Ship Code in Insite Manifest where customer pays freight the only code I have to not calculate freight charges  for the shipment is NFRT - No Freight Charged. Since this is not a UPS code it does not return the tracking number. How is anyone else using Insite getting around this?
