Inspection on Part

On the individual PO, on the Vendor or on the Part Class. If you select part
class or vendor you can't uncheck it at the PO level.

I have a part that every time we purchase the part - it needs to be
inspected when we receive it. Where do I mark this -



I do not want to mark it at the Vendor because we purchase a lot from this
vendor that does not need to be inspected. But I don't want to count on
purchasing to check the box every time they purchase this part. They do
thousands of parts - to easy to miss?



I know I have to be missing something - this should be at part level.????

Stupid Question of the Day -



I have a part that every time we purchase the part - it needs to be

I do not want to mark it at the Vendor because we purchase a lot from this
vendor that does not need to be inspected. But I don't want to count on
purchasing to check the box every time they purchase this part. They do

You can create a specific "part class" and set it up for inspection.
