Has anyone implemented in process inspections during an operation in Epicor. We are looking at doing inspections every 60 minutes but when we use an inspection plan and have already recorded results against it, the results default through the next time that we need to process a different set of results (therefore overrides the first entry).

against one operation - inspection plan, you need to record multiple inspection results in 60 minutes interval, this is what you are trying to achieve ?
Yes. Every 60 minutes on the one operation there needs to be diameter checks, etc on product recorded via a inspection plan.
Would it be possible to have multiple “diameter check” input fields on the Inspection Plan, and fill out “the next one” at each interval? I don’t know how long this operation will run, and how many you’d have to have.
It’s been a couple of years since I’ve built an Inspection Plan, but another option (less acceptable, I think) would be to make additional operations where the data could be captured.
