IW install is pretty straight forward however the its complicated
properly configuring Information Worker, Epicor Portal and have the
proper user settings.
If you have the time, I'd recommend doing the install yourself and
understand the process. Lots of things can go wrong but the Epicor
support group and walk you through it.

Problems? Gotchas? Epicor has recently decided that the installation
process is more complex than most users can do and is strongly
suggesting that they do the installation themselves remotely. They
allow themselves two (2) days to do it and the installation cost to
the user community will be $2200.00.
