Installing 6.0 client on a Windows7 machine

Nick,

Turn off UAC and the problem will go away. The problem is that the installer is running under the administrator user context and can't see your mapped drive letter.

I have come across this issue and if I remember correctly, I
re-installed on an XP machine and then tried to re-install on the
Visa/Windows 7 machine.
