Invalid Customs Value in Customer Shipment Entry

User is receiving an Invalid Customs Value error when trying to Freight a Pack ID in Customer Shipment Entry. How can we resolve this?

I am in Kinetic view, but usually if I get a message like that, I run a trace on the screen and see what event in Kinetic is causing the error. Then I can go to that event and investigate further what it is validating and it usually will tell you the field that is being compared. I don’t have much experience in the old Epicor look. Sorry
