Inventory issue

Hi Freddy,

If it was me I would do the RMA, receive the parts,
disposition them to stock and then ship them, from stock.

Subject: [Vantage] inventory issue

Our shipping department in error shipped 2 different sales orders from 1
job. Part of the problem was how the salesperson entered the orders but 1
sales order should have been shipped from stock and 1 from a job. I'm not
sure what to do here. Do I do an RMA and then reject the part so it doesn't
come back into stock ? Do I accept it and then do a quantity adjustment? Is
there any other way to handle this?

Thanks,

Fredy Venczel
