If you have it you can use DMT. Or Service Connect.
You can also load costs using a spreadsheet and the Cost Adjustment Screen--> List tab.
Quantities are harder without the tools.
You can create a Physical Inventory.
In Count Entry --> List tab --> Copy All including Labels to Excel.
Excel will screw with the tag number it is a character field with leading zeros. This has to match Epicor format.
Do not sort the excel.
Update the quantities on the spreadsheet.
In Count Entry --> List tab --> Paste Update from excel.
As always run a test to make sure this works for you.
Hope this helps
Dale

Subject: [Vantage] Inventory Load
I am going live in two weeks, and was wondering how everyone has entered the inventory (Qty & Cost) into Epicor 9?
Thanks,
Rick
