We did a physical inventory over the weekend and posted while we still had a few un-returned tags. The tags were completed in count entry, but didn’t register as “returned” as they don’t have a check mark there. They do show qty and the initials of the person that entered the count. I am not sure how they accomplished this (maybe a paste update?), but I am not sure at this point how to correct. Do I check off the “Returned” checkbox after the fact? How do I update my already posted count? Is there even a way to do this?
