I was wondering if there was a way to view all the outgoing emailed items from kinetic. Yes I can view when our exchange server sends the email from our automation account, but I wanted to know if Epicor had a way to view what was being sent out or when the email automation is triggered. Long story short we were informed an invoice was being sent for that past few months even though it was paid a long time ago. I am trying to figure out why.

On Prem or Cloud? What version?
Do you have the Email Log menu? It shows emails going out and whether they were triggered by BPM, Reports (APR), System, etc.
The data on that is coming from the MailLog table.

System Monitor might work too…Display All Tasks, filter on AR Invoice Form, filter on Email To for the address in question
If you’re on-prem the SQL table is ice.maillog

Email log blank. I am going to assume I have to pay for that and then set it up. Since the MailLog table was mentioned, pulling from the API looks like there is nothing. That’s not good.
You just have to enable it. You have to set how many days the email history should be archived before it will show anything.
