I agree with the advice you have already received. We just upgraded from
5.1 to 6.0 and I had to modify the AR form to fit our standard envelopes.
Getting all of the forms tweaked again has been a pain. It is easy to
forget all of the little modifications you make over the years. You need
Crystal 8.5. The AR form has a linked tax form that you need to be aware of
since you may have to modify both. The tax form is not so obvious. Moving
the address and suppressing the extra lines is not that hard to do.
Anything harder and I wouldn't be able to do it since I'm not a Crystal
guru.

Find a cheap envelop you can live with, and modify the invoice crystal
report to show the appropriate address in the window. Modify a copy and
leave the original untouched (always) in case you need to go back to the
original.
