Invoice Locked following Posting

We went live on November 16, and have been running the 10250 script a lot.
It seems like Epicor does not like to post multiple invoice groups at the
same time, can anyone confirm this?



As to the previous poster, what we see is that the invoice group locks, not
the invoice itself. I suspect that what you are seeing is a different
issue than what the 10250 script resolves.

I'm still having the same issue, after running the conversion tool of
10250. Inovice is still locked. Note the inovice had already been posted.

Was there another solution by Epicor?

I'm getting the invoice lock when trying to apply a credit memo to this
inovice.

How can I unlock the invoice?

The error is, "The InvcHead:123560::::: is locked by <UserID> on 06/04/12 08:43:05 [Status: Posting].

We had that problem even after rebooting the server.
Epicor had us to make a new group and move the invoice from the old group to the new group then post it.

Thanks Jill. I ran that conversion program in our test environment and it freed up the invoice. I'll run the conversion program in our live environment this evening when everyone is off the system.
