Invoicing Blank Title 62631

I have an issue where a line item will be invoiced but the line status
will still show "open". Does anyone know why this would happen? It
has happened about 5 times all with different customers.
We have the same problem. We were told that it would be fixed in 404B, but it still seems to be there.

I had that happen also. Can't say why. I received a fix from Epicor to
change the status to closed.

all lines that have been invoiced/shipped but are still showing "open"
in the "Line Status"? This would be very helpful. At that point at
least I would know which ones I would need to go into and manually
close the line.

Does anyone know why when you "close" a line in Sales Order Entry
sometimes is shows "closed" and sometimes it shows "void"?
It will show void if the line was closed with nothing shipped.

In order for us to invoice even if there was not a physical shipment
we still need to create a dummy shipper before we can invoice. You
would think that whether its a real shipper or a dummy the system
would recognize its a shipper and "close" the line out.
Closed lines show as void in no activity has occurred (shipments, pre-payments, ties to an RMA, etc.,). If activity occurred, they are status closed.
